Oh they're real. A blue moon is when there's 13 full moons in a year, the "blue moon" is the extra one. It's not always literally blue. When there are two blue moons in one year that causes problems for my sisters and I. But that only happens once every 50 years and that just happened last year for us.

I see. [ It is interesting, to an extent. ] It is of little surprise to me that the moon can play havoc one those with magic.

Me, neither. The phases of the moon have a great deal of significance with magic in my world... we just never realized it did that until, you know... it happened.

As it does in mine. [ The moon and the triple goddesses are deeply connected. ] That is the nature of some things, they cannot be learned about within books only through happening will you gain the knowledge.
