THE PROTEST

[ Outside of the crowd, Twilight Sparkle's raising a sign in the air that says "EVERYPONY IS EQUAL".

Several signs are around her to switch up when appropriate. "SAY NEIGH TO FORCED PONY LABOR", "HORSE POWER IS FOR THE HORSES", "FREEDOM FOR EQUESTRIANS!", "PUT A STOP THE CHARIOT RACES", and "NO TO OPPRESSION, YES TO FRIENDSHIP" are some of the slogans she's got whipped up into sign form.

Twilight seems to just be shouting random protests and trying to get people to stop the chariot races. What do? ]

... Hey. Is all that necessary?

Listen, most of that stuff isn't even right. The horses aren't oppressed and we don't force any labor.

Even if somepony is decent, even if you don't do it, it doesn't mean that nopony else does. And staying silent about it just... just lets it continue!

Okay, look. Not all campers even use real horses. Some of them build metal horses or use something else.

Chariot racing is dangerous but so is every other part of our training.

I've done the research. Chariot racing is known for its high injury [ and mortality ] rate!

And I know not everypony is going to be using horses [ Zelos said their cabin was... using a dog.... ] but.... still! Some are! And it's dangerous for the humans involved, too!

I'm sure if we all worked together we could find something more suitable.
