Have you heard about the old residents returning with their memories? Well, at first we find them in other places and they think they've grown up there their whole life. Like... Father Abel and Jason thought they were from Paris.

But when they got back here, they remembered everything.

[Well that one stumps her. She's quiet for a moment.]

You mean like, actually remembering shit. For real.

[ Hang on, so Nancy really doesn't know? ]

At first, they don't remember. The castle... I guess, puts other memories. But Jason slowly remembered things back in December. Then he remembered everything when he was back.

... Has it never happened before?

[deceptorius]

I think I'd remember something like that. So what, it's been bringing people back since December? What the fuck for?

... I don't know. [ She sounds surprised. ] But... last summer when we ended up on those pirate ships, I saw a few old residents.

They never came back with us.

Yeah. See, that's the game I'm used to. But people coming back like nothing changed? Do they at least know anything useful?

Wait though-- we don't get sent home? We just end up in another part of Paradisa?

Hell if I know. I wouldn't put it past it, honestly. But I guess I just figured it wasn't actually those people, just someone that looked like them. Until you mentioned all this, anyway.
