[Cloud's in the gym, working out a bit, mainly doing squats and trying not to lose count of them--But by now, he has restarted from one about fifty times...
Something is been bothering him since yesterday and he's not getting over it, which is the weird part of everything. What if he didn't remember some guy? It would probably be easier if Reno hadn't told him he should be remembering him. Of course it was Reno's word against his own, but still bothered him a little. It was probably not his fault that he didn't remember someone that considered him a friend, but as far as he knew, he had found out what his loss was already. What if the castle had made him forget about that guy as well? In that place everything seemed possible but going home after all... Then again it could be Zack's loss, but there was no way to know that for sure, not for now at least.
Conveniently, the journal falls from some pocket he had been keeping it in (even though he didn't quite remembered putting it there...) Hmm, he should probably ask... Sits right there in the middle of the gym and opens the journal.]
[ Filtered away from Zack Fair ]
How many losses are people supposed to have?
[Hmm, why not?]
[ Zack Fair ]
[For a little bit, there is nothing but silence in this filter--what is he even supposed to tell him? He's not even sure it's the same guy he and Reno had been talking about, hopefully adding the surname to the filter would make that clear. Maybe he's jumping into conclusions too soon... That's what happens when you don't have much to do.]
Hey.
[That's a start.]

I have no intentions of talking about him if he's not around. What's the point?

Well if you ever want to know about the future or the past? It's safe to say most of the explanations are gonna involve him somehow.

[Did he say past? ...] What is there to know about the past that I don't know already anyway?

[...very dryly]
You do know the world doesn't cease to exist just 'cause you're not in the room, right?

I know that.

I have two losses, probably from coming back with my memories. One of them?
I can't lie.

How did you figure that out?
