[Guess who's a pro at this journal thing by now? That's right, Henry is. Magic 1 "Real World" 0.]

Sooo... is that normal? The changing worlds thing. Because it didn't seem like you guys were that surprised by it, but I always thought it was a big deal to go between worlds like that.

I mean, I didn't mind. Summer camp is great! I wish I got to go more often.

[And by "more often" he means "ever."

There's a pause, then hurriedly, like he forgot:]

Oh, yeah! And is there a lost and found somewhere? I'm looking for something.

My book. It's big, leather, lots of pictures. It's a book of fairy tales.

Is it very important to you?

Yeah. That's why I need to find it.

...It may be your loss. Whenever someone arrives here, they lose something. It's just not often that I hear it's an actual object, but all that matters is that it's something you would miss.

I hope that isn't the case, but it would be better than memories or emotions.

[A long, long pause while he processes that.]

You mean... like the castle took it?

Yes. Did you have it with you at all when you arrived?

I thought I did. I had my bag with me, and it wasn't in it, but I never take it out, so....

I'd suggest looking in the library just in case, but that could take forever. It's more than one floor.

[A groan.]

I have to find it, though. It can't just be gone.

...I'd be happy to help. I know what it feels like to lose an important belonging.

Are you sure? Everybody keeps saying the library is huge.

It is, but I used to frequent there a lot. Still, it won't do much good if I don't know exactly what I'm looking for. It has a lot of fancy books.

My book's the only one like it. It says "Once Upon a Time" on the cover.

Next time I'm in the castle, I'll look everywhere I can think of.
