[ You know who Uru hasn't spoiled in a while?

Pharos.

She hasn't seen or hung out with him in quite some time too, so when he asked to go shopping because he wanted some new clothes, there wasn't any way she was declining. The best thing about her job now at the coffee house? She gets weekends totally free.

Browsing through the tables, she spots a nice red hoodie and then checks for the size label on it. ]

What do you think of this one? Or is it too bright?

Do you not feel cold?

I do, but I do not believe that I feel it in the same way that humans typically do. I can tell when it is cold out, and when it is warm out, but neither makes a great deal of difference to me as far as my own comfort goes.

So that means, you feel cold, but you won't actually get sick?

At the very least, sickness has never been an issue for me before. I see no reason it would be one now.

[Clearly during the next world-change or power-loss plot, he needs to get sick and learn this lesson the hard way.]

[ Oh my god, she needs to test this. So she opens the door and steps into the snow covered streets.

Then she watches patiently. ]

[Pharos just kind of... watches her as well... and then steps out onto the street as well.

He doesn't seem all that bothered by it, though he does glance down and wiggle his toes in the snow. Ohhh, that's a new sensation.]

Oooh! He's really walking barefoot in the snow!

[ MESMERIZED AGAIN. ]

[He seriously does not get why Uru finds this so fascinating, but it's kind of interesting to see!!

So he proceeds to take a few more steps, the snow crunching beneath his feet.]

I could never do that. I'd lose all my toes...

Surely frostbite would not set in so quickly!

[Though that is a very alarming thought. 8| He's regarding his toes a little warily, now. He kind of needed them to manage the whole balance thing...]

I wonder if we'll still get service when we get food... [ Pharos is barefoot, but he does still have a shirt on... ]

Do you think that we would not? [Oh... oh no what 8( noooo he likes food though.]

Some places don't serve you if you aren't wearing a shirt or shoes... but you're only missing shoes! So it can't be a problem.

People are so peculiar at times... I am very glad that you are able to explain most of these things to me, Uru.

Even I don't always understand! But that's what makes humans interesting, right?

[ She points down the street. ]

This way!

That is certainly true. Humans never cease to fascinate me, no matter how much I learn about them... [And though his smile is pleasant, who knows whether or not that's a good thing.

But he reaches over to take Uru's hand and starts heading in that direction, feet crunching against the snow.]

[ She laces her fingers with his, looking at his hand for a second. It's not a child's hand anymore. Something about this reminds her of Minato, but she doesn't want to dwell too long and make the both sad. ]

So! Pizza! What kind of pizza do you like?

I have only tried the kind that simply has cheese on it, and the kind that has sliced meat on top.

[He doesn't take much notice of their hands, simply because he's pretty bad about noticing small physical things, and couldn't watch Minato and Uru together from Minato's perspective. Otherwise he might get the same impression; but since he doesn't, Pharos just smiles.]
