[Yet another time to awkwardly address the journal. He's not even sure what made him do this, except the basic need to have something to do, so...]
If I understand correctly, tomorrow is a day of celebration for the people who come from the land of Yewessay [Yes, he says it like that, because what are acronyms?]
Since it is apparent that small explosive devices are a common part of the festival, I have put together a small supply of them. If you wish to have some, you may come obtain them here at my shop in town [and he'll scribble directions to his alchemy lab here].
Don't let me hear about anything malicious being done with them.
...assuming they work correctly.
