[Backdated to a freakishly early hour. I'm talking 4am freakish.]

[If anyone is crazy enough to be outside and near the stables at this hour, they might catch of Zelos walking towards and into the stable, with this little guy in tow. Zelos on the whole looks tired and kinda dirty from traveling, but on the whole he seems to be in one piece. ]

[Once he's in the stables, he seems to busy himself with making that creature is watered, fed and honestly on the whole stalling for time. Once that's out of the way, he'll do another thing and at last fulfill one promise, flipping open his journal]

Hey darling. I know you're probably asleep but as promised, I'm telling you I'm back at the castle.

[What. He never promised to tell EVERYONE he's back so nyaaaah]

[House Filter]

[But after all that is said and done and he can stall no more, he'll make his way to the house in the city, still trying to sort out what he's thinking and what he's going to do once he gets there. Before he knows it, he's at the front door and he still has...no idea what to do.]

[So he stands there for awhile. Internally berating himself for not having the guts to just walk in there, to just knock and call out that he's home. On the other hand he's still stuck on what he's supposed to do, what he's supposed to say. Thinking things like maybe it was a bad plan to come back from the Dead Zone after hearing about Adachi - like he could even do anything to make anything better at all. His friends would probably be pissed to see him because talk about pathetic timing and not to mention the fact he ran off on them. And considering the house...what was he thinking? Maybe he should just go back to the castle for tonight and figure out what to do later. That suddenly seemed like a much better plan and he starts to turn to go]

[Except you know. He kinda...forgot the giant green dog that sleeps outside of the house. The giant green dog that proceeds to pounce on him and tackle him to the ground. Which makes him shout out VERY loudly as he crashes into the nearby bed of flowers ]

[DANGIT WHY MENTION COLETTE AND MAKE HIM FEEL MILDLY BAD FOR MESSING AROUND. He sighs]

I don't blame her really. Angels in our world...they aren't exactly the religious ones in scriptures.

What kind of angels are they?

[wilder]

All the angels I know about are really humans and half-elves, but they were transformed into angels by using a special stone called a Cruxis Crystal. The Church of Martel believed them to be from Heaven, but there's nothing holy about them.

[amiable]

[ She's quiet for a minute, absorbing this information. What does this mean about Zelos? ]

How does that work? The transformation?

I was offered something in a deal that I wanted. Part of the deal was I had to become an angel. So I did it.

What kind of deal was it? You become an angel for what?

[wilder]

[ She resists the urge to ask why and reluctantly lets it go for now. ]
