Heyyyy so remember me--

[ Yeah, probably not. Viking girl who wanted to go home how long ago? Yeah, she's still alive. And she still doesn't know how to properly use the journal, but she does know if she screams at it long enough words will start appearing. Which is nice. But still weird. ]

I'm... Astrid, and I've kind of been a bit anti-social what with dealing with my dragon and all and trying to figure out new things like... toasters! Why didn't we think of that? They're so-- oh.

[ Getting a little off track, yep. Um. That doesn't happen a lot, really. ]

Anyway, considering all I do all day is sit around outside or bother Hiccup I think it might be a good time to actually... oh... make some friends? Acquaintances? People I can wave to as I pass them?

Maybe? I, uh, got some pretty cool scars I can show off.

[ This is weird. Hiccup's awkward is rubbing off on her. She's just going to stop while she's ahead, okay. She was the most popular person in Berk so this whole thing is just. No. ]
