A few people have been talking about whether or not they miss work back home or if it's worth it to work here. While the break has been nice I think I miss my job back home. I've tried to start it up again here but I haven't had any takers. [she chuckles] I'm an advice columnist. I have a column called Ask Phoebe in the newspaper. As stressful as it could be sometimes, I loved it. I would reply to every single letter - even if they didn't get published.

The one thing I always wondered, though, is whether or not anyone actually took my advice. But I guess that's part of the appeal of writing an anonymous letter, isn't it? The freedom of choosing whether or not to take someone's advice without worrying about what they'll think if you don't.

[She laughs] Would you listen to me? All this free time has made me philosophical. I need to do something. Hey, does anyone out there know kung fu or any kind of martial arts? I'd love a sparring partner, it's been a while and I could use the practice.

No. Not at all. You helped save lives, it's not weird to miss that.

Dear Sick-Of-Paradisa-Steve,

The best thing you can do is find something to take your mind off of the everyday craziness we have to face here at the castle. It's impossible to completely ignore it or block it out entirely but at the very least you can give yourself a break.

Find someone you can talk to or go out and do things with. Pick up a hobby - something from home or you could even take the opportunity to learn something new. Maybe stay out in the town for a weekend so you can imagine the castle doesn't even exist for a while. Sometimes even something as simple as a trip to the seasons room for a change of scenery helps.

No matter what you choose to do to take your mind off of things just remember - you're not alone. We're all in this together and the best thing we can do is help each other through whatever trials this place throws our way.
