Hey, thanks for all your help with information here, Lois. I appreciate you taking the time out to indulge me and my questions.

Although, speaking of questions — is it true that people here who, well, pass away can apparently return to the living? Is that normal for around here? That would be some kind of… immortality, given to us so that the castle here never runs out of people to sustain itself on? If that were the case, given the information that about Libet and its offer of rewards to its people, I wonder if that’s what the castle thinks it’s doing for us.

Sustaining us so we can sustain it in turn in some strange form of quid pro quo, wouldn’t that be weird…
