[A lot of residents suddenly getting headaches, feeling ill, passing out, etc etc? The castle must be screwing with them again. Elektra's not all that interested in playing games with it. If there's one thing she hates (and fears; mostly fears) it is weakness. She's not going to take her chances with it. Of course what she sets her mind to getting away from the castle it decides it's time for her payment. Elektra hasn't made a lot of wishes in her time, but she's wrecked her room more than once, gotten expansions, and other changes to it. The castle is just petty enough to get her for that.

One moment Elektra is cleaning the counter and thumbing through her journal at the Candy Bonsai and the next she's falling over. She manages to brace her fall, but that's about it. Elektra breathing hard and can't manage to push herself up yet.]

Quick survey. [She's managed to catch her breath by now. Elektra still sounds tired, but is doing her best to hide it with annoyance.] How is everyone feeling today?

I want to leave. [Elektra assumes mentioning it to him directly counts as an invitation to join her wherever she ends up.] ... And I might need you to pick me from the Candy Bonsai.

Whoa, hey! [He'll run over, but he's not sure how much help she really wants with this] Elektra?

You doing okay there? [What's with all these sudden dizzy spells?]

[She knew she was right to hire him. The last thing Elektra ever wants is help. She shakes her head at his question.] I'm fine. I just need a minute.

[Yeah, she vaguely reminds her of Derek. And the only time he helps Derek is when he's two minutes away from dying]

Any idea what brought that on? Have you been feeling sick or anything?

Yeah, it seems like a lot of people are getting sick...

I don't get sick. This has to be the castle. Other people were on the journals feeling ill too.

[wait what] You don't get sick? [He'll open up his journal and flip through it.]

Looks like it's got something to do with wishing?

I take really good care of myself. [Elektra frowns as she starts to force herself up.]

That can't be right. I can't remember the last time I wished for anything.

Even people who take care of themselves get sick occasionally.

Maybe it's remembering all the stuff you wished for? It's just a guess, but it's plausible.

Not me. [Elektra gets onto a chair and holds her head. She's thinking about the last part.]

Why not? The castle is petty enough to give people the ability to wish for something, keep track, and punish them for it later.
