[Today, Fenris is trying out his letters. After the...ransom note incident, he's been a lot less keen to write anything down, but he's decided to give it another go. Of course, filtering this to himself or writing it on another piece of paper doesn't occur to him, so the journals get his attempts at writing scrawled all over them]



[He pauses, then tries the letter G a few more times, before giving a frustrated growl and scribbling it out. Fuck you, Letter G. It's at this point that he notices what he's been writing on. Oh. Pretend like it was on purpose, Fenris. Yup. He calmly dictates into the page;]

I have heard there was some kind of...dog creature on the grounds. Does anyone know what became of it? I fear I missed the chance to witness it for myself.

[Mostly because after seeing Andraste wandering around out there, he'd decided it wasn't a good idea to mess around with ghosts] Or if the spirits were here for any reason other than just to stand there.

You could always try not doing it in cursive. It is a bit easier, though less elegant.

[He had learned both to make it easier for country folk to read his letters when he had to write them, and it made it easier for guard and other folk around the castle too.]

It is fancier than easier print lettering.

[He wrote out the whole alphabet for him.]

They are the same letters, just simpler, like I said. Try mastering those before cursive. It will make cursive simpler in the long run - and reading.
