[She'd seen a lot of reactions from the latest event Paradisa put them through, but kept her silence, for the most part. Family was touchy, even and especially for her. Sure, she did want to cry or be angry over having a family she would never have back home. But this isn't home, not really. And being angry is really starting to look like running from the main issues, something she's getting tired of doing.]

Maybe...maybe it's not a bad thing we all thought we were related to each other in some way. I-I mean, out of all the things and ways for our memories to be altered...this was far from the worst. Being happy with people here, it wasn't so bad. I've never--I only really had a little sister, and my cousin...along with all my other cousins. So having siblings...it was nice. In a different sort of way.

[She pauses, uncertain and losing her train of thought. Those relationships, they are ones she'll never have back home. Being able to smile so freely, and hugging. It would never happen in her family. And yet, even now, it still made her happy to think about.]

I...I suppose what I am trying to say, is that... Yes, it may be different from whatever our family situations may have been like in our worlds, and we all may have thought we lived different lives, but... We all had each other. And so, it really couldn't have been all that bad, could it?

[Don't worry, she'll be back to...normal-ish soon. Family is about the only thing to make her speak up like this.]

I'm okay. [confused, frustrated, and irritated, but -- it could be worse! and she's pretty sure hinata's family issues are more important]You?

[Hinata's family issues are ones she will never fully be honest about.]

That's good. It wasn't...it wasn't too strange having family among your friends, I-I hope? And...I'm doing all right.

[Jane is very quiet for a moment as she considers what Hinata said. While her own family life at home was perfectly fine, it had still been extremely enjoyable to have such a huge family...and to think her Dad would be picking her up when it was all over.

That didn't make Hinata any less right, though...]

That's probably the best way to think about the whole situation.

Mm, I-I think so, too. Considering what could have happened...this was actually very nice. [She is quiet for a second after that. It's hesitation because she didn't really know Jane too well outside of being family, but...those familial feelings still lingered.]

Mm, right! It really could have been...and normally is, given past situations. But this...this was nice. And there's nothing wrong with being closer to some other people..

[Sasuke almost hesitates responding because this was just really awkward. He could technically agree with her he just has a lot of issues with it]

[She almost drops her journal when she hears Sasuke's voice. Because, yeah, awkward. Not just because they were siblings when they...don't really know each other, but because she has an idea as to what family means to him.]

Maybe. But...but it could have been worse. Being close with people here...it's not all that bad.

I'm glad...that it wasn't bad for you. [Having Sasuke as a brother and him kind of disagreeing is one thing. But if Cloud had, and had thought it was horrible...she doesn't quite know how she would feel about that.]

Um, you were a really good older brother, though..

[He scratches the back of his head--not like she can see him--and lets out a sigh too. He's not sure of how to deal with this.]
