Would you guys rather drag your friends from home here or go home? 'Cause there's a lot about Paradisa that I like sometimes-- mostly the people-- but I'm less and less sure that the losses are worth it.

I'm with you. There are pros and cons to both. But at least back home, you don't have the constant threat of someone just vanishing one day.

...well, it's a little bit less of a threat, anyway.

Yeah, but-- there are a lot of people here that I'd never get to meet back home. I guess I kinda think it's worth it.

That's true, too. So in the end, I don't think I have a preference between the two, myself!

I wish we could just... kind of smush the two together.

[ It's... probably the sole fact that her best friend was with her here that she wasn't that homesick herself. But then, things were kind of awkward between them at the moment. She didn't want to think about Natsu right now. ]

The people I've met. The friends I've made. [ Katara hesitates. ] Even just.. the things that've happened, that've changed me at all. It's hard to accept that I'm going to forget all of this when I go home.
