[He cracks a smile and pulls himself up entirely on his arms until he gets high enough to swing a leg over the windowsill.]

I'd just catch myself on a lower windowsill, no need to break anything. But thank you.

Quite often, actually. I'd sooner fall but have control than be completely surprised and unable to catch myself.

I was expecting to fall if you kept me hanging here without letting me in for longer than fifteen minutes.

And I figured it would be easier to avoid Samson this way, if he were here and did not take kindly to me interrupting your time together.

[She just scoffs and then heads to get drinks from the kitchen.]
