First Gate
Usually my first instinct on waking up in a strange place with no memory of how I got there is to look around for any danger... and while there doesn't seem to be any here, I have to say, I'm feeling more than a little lost. I figured out pretty quickly that the journal talks back, but everything I've read and heard from it makes even less sense than the talking part.
I guess I'll start by asking if this planet has a name. And if anybody can tell me how I got here, since I'm still really confused about that part.

Carson almost drops everything. Almost. He sets whatever he's doing down and heads on over to the journal.]
Dr. Keller? It's Dr. Beckett. Is that you?

I think it's obvious to say that you're not on Atlantis anymore. You're in a place called Cair Paradisa. It's taken you from... wherever and whenever...
What's the last thing you remember?

[And just-- wait...]
Atlantis is on Earth now?

Oh, God...
[She takes a moment to gather herself.]
You don't remember that? Any of it? ... then what DO you remember?

Delivering the explosive tumor to a bomb disposal expert after removing it from Dr. Watson.
[A pause here.]
Paradisa can take people from other times as well as places. It's just possible that what you're telling me hasn't happened to me yet.
[And it confirms one thing; You're talking to the original Carson Beckett.]

[he'll only pout for a second, though, because new friends are a good thing, too. ahem!] Doesn't mean I can't still say hello, though! I'm Dr. Ray Stantz. Welcome to Paradisa.

Thanks, Dr. Stanz. I'm Dr. Keller, though I don't mind being called Jennifer, either.
