I'm thinking of opening a Clinic in the City Royale. I know there's a hospital, and a few doctors around, but it couldn't hurt to get a wee bit more experience outside the castle.

I'm looking for an appropriate building now, but I'll also need a few doctors and nurses to help out. Anyone with medical training, experience or healing talents through magic is welcome too. Could always use a few Paramedics.

There is also a creature called a Wraith in the castle. He goes by the name of Todd, and you can thank my friend Colonel Sheppard for that name. The Wraith are an alien species native to the Pegasus Galaxy who feed on humans for life force and energy. Luckily, it seems his loss is the ability to do so, but he's still very dangerous, and I'd recommend you all stay away from him.

Aye. The Wraith were a plague on our Expedition. Atlantis held the key to Earth and more fertile feeding grounds.

I have a friend who's suffering from a rare genetic condition. He's asked for my help, and I can't think of anyone better to work with on unknown genetic conditions.

My friend has asked me to make sure you're aware that knowledge of who he is, and what has happened, might be dangerous if anyone from his world shows up. You're under no obligation to help.

Somewhere close to, or on, the main street, so we have easy access in emergencies and people know where to find the surgery. I figured that made a bit of sense.

Not a bad idea. Maybe somewhere between the castle and Caritas? I don't know if you're aware, but Caritas has a Sanctuary spell over it, so it's a safe place in emergencies.

[Carson thinks she is, after their lessons.]

He's tall, pale skin, white hair, yellow eyes. He has a starburst-shaped tattoo over his left eye. Even without his feeding hand, the Wraith are still dangerous. Lots more powerful than a regular human.

Come on. Just "Sayaka," okay. [her tone is almost joking, an amateurish attempt to draw prying eyes away from noting the filter. Hopefully it works]

Sounds like he wouldn't be hard to miss. That helps.

Are you certain the Wraith isn't invulnerable to bullets?

And it depends when he last fed. From what I've read of my colleague's notes, the Wraith are stronger when they've fed. They're resistent to physical damage, but it still slows them down.

I would be interested in helping at such a clinic. I am a trauma surgeon by trade, but have some practical experience with field medicine as well.

You can never have enough surgeons. I'm Dr. Beckett, I deal in genetics and surgery, as well as field medicine.

I'd say we've got room for one or two others.

Besides, with... Todd being unable to feed, he's not an immediate danger. Colonel Sheppard taught me how to use a side-arm. I'm fully capable.
