Just out of curiosity... who, amongst us residents, are musicians?

...Spoken like a true musician. I don't actually play the Spanish guitar, I just very much love listening to it.

Yes. I play the flute. I've tried a bit of the bass in the past as well.

I would play the flute too if I had the breath strength to do it.

Er... I can't blow very long without getting very tired...?

Contrary to popular belief, it's not necessary to have the lung capacity of an Olympic swimmer to play a decent flute. Though certain abdominal strength does play it's part...

Abdominal strength?

...It's more of a balance between a bit of abdominal strength and breath control, really. I used to perform various intake exercises back when I played regularly.

Well, then. In any case, would you be opposed to playing a little something with me in the near future?

I mean... Were you thinking about a duet or a symphony?

Duet, really.

Though I do think it splendid were there an orchestra about...

And it is an open question... Well, I'll let you pick a piece then, since it's your idea.

Such a gesture of confidence... though, since it is my idea, I'd think you should have the liberty to choose what you'd wish to play.

I mean... More people are going to want to play, right? We would need a group leader to direct us...

Hm.

To be quite honest, I wasn't expecting to have garnered this much interest in forming a group. Well, if that actually comes into fruition, I could only suppose I'd have to assume the role of conductor until someone is willing to take that responsibility off my hands. Until then, we'd be lacking a flutist, after all...
