[nom nom nom. julie's in the kitchen, eating pizza. alone. because she's an alone-thing and misses her friends who normally eat with her. :( and dare she say it, but she misses her dad too.

she draws some pretty terrible looking cats in the journal as she intently chews on a slice of yummy pizza. it's a little too cheesy and stringy but it'll do. except not, because some cheese falls down the front of her shirt and she just stares at it]

I bet now's the time that I just wish for this pizza string to magically disappear from my shirt or something.

[nope. it just falls off and onto the floor. she blinks, then goes back to chewing]

I guess wishes don't count for extreme laziness... [pause in chewing] How many wishes do we get, anyway? That's something that hasn't been explained to me yet.

I don't think there's a limit to how many you get, but you might want to be careful making them. A lot of people got really sick not too long ago because of all the wishes they were making.

Yep! I guess the castle was getting back at them for all the wishes they'd made. I don't know if it'll do it again, since that is the first time it ever happened in two years at least. But no problem.

She sets down the glass as she observes Julie eating her pizza. When some cheese falls onto the floor, she gets up from her stool and approaches the girl.]

You dropped some cheese. [Without warning, she reaches down and scoops it up for Julie.]

julie watches her pick up the cheese, feeling bad because that was the result of her carelessness, and. well, looks taken aback at kanaya's appearance. excuse her... she quickly realizes her rudeness and holds her hand out, smiling apologetically]

Oh, man. I'm sorry, here, I'll take that. [she brushes some crumbs off her lap before standing up] I'm not normally this messy....
