Guess who has a roommate?
[The tone is somewhat dry as she gets over the shock of going back to her room and noticing the additional name on the placard. It was solidified when she opened the door and found two beds, along with a 'privacy' slider as well. Wonderful.]
And now I'm going to have to look for actual work, because I'll be damned if I'm going to let this place suck my brains out over wishes. I like my brains where they are. They work better that way.
So, yeah. Work. I don't do windows. Or heavy lifting. Or porn.

So I'm in the only other place I know around here. I think. That pub. I don't think I caught the name.

601.

601. I'll find it.

[Kenzi did so lurve her wine]
It's not hard. It's on the sixth floor. [Saaaaaarcasm]

[Trouble in paradise, it's starting already. Kitt looked up at the ceiling with an air of vague annoyance aimed in her general direction]
I told you I could find it.

[Scowls down at the floor]
Then go right ahead and find it, smarty pants.

I'm on my way. [How hard could it be? He had the room number, right?]

[She stuck her tongue out at the book.]
Good. I'll probably see you in five hours, then.
no subject
That should give me more than enough time to polish it off.

[Not that cooties were a real thing, but... he didn't know that]
no subject
You wouldn't.

Stay away from my bed, Kenzi!

Awww, that's some good bed there, Kittikins.

YOU. [breath] Are not. [breath] FUNNY. [He shoved the wine bottle at her, not even caring if she managed to grasp it, before sliding down the wall to catch his breath, glaring at her]

Oh, Kitt-Katt. You are so easy. And I'm totally hilarious.

At least you're not naked. Thank goodness for small favors. [He'd just sit there for a while, trying not to have a heart attack from the exertion. Carry on, Kenzi]

[Scowly grumpyface now]
And that won't be a problem anymore, Mr. Tries to push you off the bed while you're sleeping.
no subject
I have no idea what you're talking about.

[She bounced and got off his bed, moving over to pull the privacy sliders closed, but not before sticking her tongue out at him as she did]
Sure you don't. Liar McLiarpants.

[GLARE]
I'm no longer aware of my actions when I'm re-charging. [Fine. He could play that game too. Using the wall for balance, he slowly stood, then went over to his bed, checking it over before collapsing heavily onto it. He should have stayed in the bar. At least the company there was pleasant. He was always good company to himself. He stared over at the privacy slider, narrowing his eyes, before rolling over and curling in on himself, wishing he had a book or some music or something to distract him from the nightmare his life had become. Kenzi. Honestly!]
