[Lisa saw that face in her dreams every night. His face as he pushed her against the wall of that toilet cubicle with his hand around her neck. She can't seem to get it out of her mind no matter how hard she tried. She had shot him, the police had taken away...he's locked up for good and there's no way he can get to her. But clearly that's not true because he still haunts her dreams. He's coming towards her and that's when she jerks awake with a loud gasp.

Except when she opens her eyes she's not in her bed. No, she's on a cold stone floor in the entrance to what looks like some kind of medieval building...how did she get here? She's still dreaming. Great.]

Hello? Hello, can anyone hear me!

[She spots a leather bound book beside her with her name embossed in gold on the cover and she frown a little]

Alright, what's going on around here?

[Maladict chuckles] Well, a whole new world of wonder has just opened up for you because guess what? Both are in existence here.

Paradisa. Right. I'll have to remember that for when I get out of here.

[She raises a brow and looks from the vampire in front of her and then around again] Great. Well, that's just great. As if I haven't already been through enough now there's this? Just when my life was getting back to normal again.

[She sighs and nods her head] I guess just getting on with it is what I'm going to have to do. I know I shouldn't ask any more questions because they haven't exactly done me any good so far but...does everyone just stay here? In the castle I mean.

Ask away, you'll only regret not doing it later. And no, we have a town nearby that people save money to live in. Or, if you're so inclined, you can build a home in the woods.

[Lisa nods at that] Right...I think I might stick to the Castle. So do I get my own room or how does it work exactly?

You'll have a room her with your name on it. It's just a case of finding the darn thing.

[Yes, the Castle looks absolutely massive so this should be fun and the sun is already starting to set.] In that case I better start looking before it gets too dark outside.

Good luck. There should be a floor map somewhere. An electronic thing, you'd have to ask about it though, it's not my thing.

Yeah, it sounds like I'm going to need it.

[She looks back to the vampire. She does smile a little because really Maladict has been helpful and patient with all of her questions.] ...Thank for your help.

[Maladict returns the smile] Hey, any time. We're all new here at one point.

[Okay, her own will widen a little more at that] ...You're not nearly as bad as people make out vampires to be.

[She looks towards the stairs and starts to head towards them before she turns back to Maladict] Maybe I'll see you around again soon.
