[Oh dear... Oh dear Mother of the Sun... She should have listened to Rin and she shouldn't have let Chell feed her with chocolate some days ago because it was delicious... Amaterasu couldn't resist the temptation of eating a bit more after seeing that it didn't affect her (or thinking it didn't) but, piece by piece of the delicious thing, she realized the problem resided in the quantity...

Chocolate was indeed bad for her, not as bad as it would be in any normal wolf! No! But her wolfish shape wasn't only a disguise of sorts! Things like this would affect her as the wolf she is at the end of the day.

Thankfully for her, her Godhood helped so it wouldn't get too bad. Her belly hurt, she felt tired and nauseous, but she was fine... Chocolate, why are you so cruel to canines?

For the first time since people had left to the expedition, she stayed inside instead of keeping watch, resting under the dinning room table, well hidden from curious stares by the long tablecloth.

Well, she could take this time to use the journal since the slight pain and discomfort wasn't quite letting her nap. And she writes:]

Any tips to get over an ugly stomachache?

How's the hermit thing going? [Poor thing, she has no idea.]

You're kidding! What's the possibility that she's from your past or your future, because that has happened to me before.

I do not think it likely. She is not from my past, certainly, and I cannot think of a reason that a mortal should bear me such a likeness, even in the future.

It is not the first such situation I have seen. There is a man here who bears no small resemblance to my husband. [Which...she should probably mention to him, come to think of it.]

Facing him must have been very confusing, and probably a bit painful.

Fortunately, I am a great deal taller and she has not my hair. I do not think we may be readily mistaken for one another in person.

At first, perhaps, but he is a good man and has since become a dear friend.

Now that you mention it, I thought there was something odd about the way she spoke, but I thought you were only tired. [Mortality, can it be that tiring?] Either way I'm glad there is a way to tell you apart.

His name is York. [Or code name, but that's all she has. Pause.] I should tell you also that my husband has recently arrived himself. I fully intend to make a small announcement later, but I have not yet done so.

It is a matter of perspective, I suppose. I should not be be glad to see him trapped in this place, but I have missed him greatly. [So...selfishly, yes, it's good news.]

I find it so. [But she finds most things about him beautiful, so she's a little biased.] I hope much the same. Perhaps when he has settled more, I will introduce you.
