[ About time for him to deal with something supernatural. What's it been now? A month? That's got to be a record.
Dean flips through the pages of the journal, hears the voices and takes a moment to watch the flow of words appearing on the paper. He has no idea what's going on except Lisa's gone and he can't get to Ben. ] Okay. You've got my attention.
Whatever, whoever you are, just tell me what you want and let's get this over with, huh?
[ He slams the journal down. ] C'mon! [ He's in a room, one that's almost similar to Lisa's except the window's gone and the door's shut tight. He can't unlock it, break it, or kick it open. ]
I swear, if you so much as touch a single strand of hair on their head--if you hurt them, I will rip you to shreds. [ He had gone to bed last night at midnight and hours later, had woken up to find himself in an empty bed. That didn't strike him as strange as it was the weekend, and Lisa would usually be up way before him, but when he couldn't find the gun underneath his bed or the spare he kept under the floorboards, he'd looked around and realized what a piss poor imitation of her bedroom this really was. ]

Where am I? [ Don't say heaven. He's been there and it isn't all it's cracked up to be. ]
[dictated]
[dictated]
Dean.
You stuck in some kind of a room too?
[dictated]
Stuck? That's something new. Did you try opening the door?
[dictated]
Any idea what I'm supposed to do? [ He takes another look around to see if there's a large enough vent he can crawl up and out of. ] Or say? Abracadabra? Hakuna Matata? [ Well. This is just great. Stuck in so-called paradise and he can't even leave the room. ]

I'm supposed to take your word for it?

Tell me this isn't some kind of an alien abduction. [ Any minute now, he's half expecting to be mind-wiped by some three foot tall, skinny, bug eyed E.T. ]
Dictated
Congratulations, you're stuck in a new world.
Whoever you're worried about? They're still back home.
Dictated
What's with the journal? Don't people own cell phones here?
Dictated
The journals are easier.
Dictated
[ He'll be able to get out of his room tomorrow (aka the castle/his mun is evil). ]
Dictated
There's also a network system, but it's more for information than contact.

[He is a teenager] Wish up a computer and/or look for computers in the library. Entrances are on the fourth, fifth and sixth floor.
Or you can ask the journal and hope somebody gives you an answer.

But if you wish for a computer and-or-laptop the castle spits one out.

Dictated
Still need your name, dude.
Dictated
So what happens when you make a wish?
Dictated
Generally? Nothing.
But a couple of months ago people got sick for few days. Seemed like they were being energy drained or something.
So, I don't trust it.

It's not the first thought that Sam wants to have when it comes to his brother, but Dean's come and go so many times that he's not sure he can handle losing him again. The castle, however, doesn't seem to care, so all Sam can do is just speak up and hope that Dean doesn't automatically assume he's being screwed with.
The odds aren't exactly high in Sam's favor, but it's Dean, so he has to try.]
Dude, just ... relax, okay.
no subject
Sam, that you? [ He'd had ample time to think about how if people arrived here from different times and different places that there could be a possibility that Sammy would be here. Hell, he'd hoped, but he's not dumb enough to believe that this could be the real Sam considering they're currently communicating via a magic frigging journal. ]

[there's a pause as he's still trying to sort out when exactly Dean is from, but he can't quite put his finger on it.]
Look, just tell me what room you're in, and I'll come to you. It might take me a minute, though, I'm in town and I have to lock up.
no subject
Room 414. [ He gets up off the bed and moves to stand a few feet away from the door, leaving the knife within easy reach on the desk behind him.
Please just let it be Sammy, he thinks. He just wants his brother back, and if it means spending the rest of his life in Castlevania or Disneyland or whatever the hell this is, he'll deal with it. He's tried to do the normal thing, but it hasn't been easy either, and despite promising Sam he wouldn't, he hasn't stopped trying to figure out a way to get him out of Lucifer's cage. ]

[and with that, he'll lock up the Pie Hole and make his way back to the castle. Ten minutes later he's .... standing in front of Dean's door and not quite knocking because the minute he steps through that door, things are just going to start all over again.
All he asks is that this time it sticks, but that's all he asked every time, and he never seemed to get what he wanted.
He pauses, takes a deep breath, before raising his hand and knocking a quick pattern that he knows Dean will recognize.]

The familiar knock on the door assures him slightly, but Sam knows what needs to be done here. Silver, holy water. The usual. ]
Come on in. [ He's staying put right where he is -- in his white shirt and dark blue tracksuit bottoms. That's what he woke up in this morning (and what he wore to bed last night). Shut up. Don't judge him. ]
no subject
Hey.

Sam makes his way over to the drawer, picking up the knife first because it would suck more. He rolled up his sleeve, before slicing a quick line across his arm with the knife. He looks up at Dean briefly, before reaching for the holy water and taking a quick swig.]
All good?
no subject
He drops the knife down (hadn't realize he'd pick it up even), takes a few steps towards Sam, decides the questions can wait and reaches over to pull his brother into a hug. ]
no subject
In a way, waking up would be easier. He wouldn't be spending his time waiting for the other shoe to drop.
It takes him a minute, but eventually Sam's arms come up to return the hug, trying to relax and not seem like he's freaking out. Even if he is.]

[The voice that comes from the journal is as smooth and as calm as anything.]
We hope you enjoy your visit.

You know, this room could use a door that opens and some liquor?
Re: Dictated
Door won't open, huh? What's your name, I'll find you and see if I can get in from the outside.
Dictated
Dean. Dean Winchester. [ He has no idea how this guy plans to bust through the door, let alone find him by name (that kid, Stiles did mention the castle having some kind of a network system in place so that could be it), and maybe it was possible for the door to be opened from the outside, but whatever it is, he's not planning on sitting duck. He looks around for some kind of a weapon he could use to protect himself, sees the chair he broke in his attempt to escape earlier, reaches for the piece of wood with the sharpest end and slips it inside his jacket. Quickly, he grabs the remaining pieces and shoves it under his bed. ]
Dictated
Alright, it might take a while, so get yourself comfy.
[And Cole is going to start shimmering off to each floor and checking the doors before moving on. It was quicker than using the stairs and elevators.
He couldn't shimmer directly to the guy. Two reasons. 1. He hasn't been to the room where Dean's located. Shimmering is a rather precise art. 2. He doesn't want to. He heard the whole "I'll rip you to shreds" bit before. Although he's pretty confident at being able to fight a human off, you never know. Better to be alive than shredded.]

Oh my God he asked Clark about alien abductions--]You have been abducted, and it may be aliens, but when it comes to a debate over whether it's a different dimension or galaxy far, far away... Um, well, either way you're stuck for a little while.

Whoa! Hey! Dean! S'that you?
[thinking first while excited was never his strong suit]
