I'm glad to be back in the castle. I feel like I've got so much to catch up on. I did a lot of sketches for the expedition but I was in a hurry so they didn't all turn out well. I wish I had a proper camera...

I'll have to set aside some time for riding lessons, too, if we're going to keep going out like that. I'm particularly fascinated by that lovely chocobo.

If you would like riding lessons, I am willing to teach. I've been teaching Peeta, so another student will hardly be trouble.

Peeta... I haven't met him personally.

He's a nice boy, if you do meet him - talented in the arts.

But, regardless, if you care to learn, I will teach, as will my Companion. She can help me pick horses suited for you.

Ah, yes. If you have been out to the stables, you might have seen her - the white mare with blue eyes and silver hooves.

I don't go by the stables very often, I'm afraid...

Ah, well, when you do that will be her. She's... not a normal horse, as fair warning.

Oh, I had wondered where he had gone... Svitana hadn't been salivating half as much in the past few weeks.

Your mount, I'm assuming.

Choco-whatsit? Is that, like, a dessert?

It's a bird.

Would it work out there? The camera I mean.

Haha, yes, quite. He's carnivorous, unlike the horses.

She is magical, is the best term. She's as smart as you or I.

Chocobo lessons, huh?

Well it's a pretty stupid name for a bird.

Yes. I've read all about them and would love to learn first-hand how to take care of it!

It may mean something in the world it comes from.

My camera wouldn't because it's a magical camera, but if you use one of those crystals to power it, it should be fine.

A magical horse! Are those common in your world?

Oh, actually there are flesh-eating horses. I just don't think any of them are in the castle...

Crystals?

Yes. I think Ray Stantz had a camera powered by them.

Because I know who that is... [Cranky? Maybe a bit.] What are those crystals?
