I'm glad to be back in the castle. I feel like I've got so much to catch up on. I did a lot of sketches for the expedition but I was in a hurry so they didn't all turn out well. I wish I had a proper camera...

I'll have to set aside some time for riding lessons, too, if we're going to keep going out like that. I'm particularly fascinated by that lovely chocobo.

To an extent. I am one of the Heralds that aid in the defense of Valdemar. Yfandes is one of quite a few Companions, though we are by no means a very large group.

Back at school, we had an entire class devoted to taking care of magical creatures. It wouldn't hurt for us to do something like that here in Paradisa.

No, I am afraid not. Technically, she can 'force' you to hear her, but that is highly unethical. So, no, most of the time she only speaks with me.

Yfandes was born the way she was, however, and the mind-link between Companions and Heralds is automatic, though I do have MindSpeaking as a Gift besides.
