[Pinkie had received a special gift from the castle at Christmas - unfortunately, said gift had spent most of the last month under her bed, being too shy to come into the castle populace at large.

In order to try and remedy this and show Gummy that there was no need for fear, Pinkie had (logically...) decided to dress herself in an alligator costume as encouragement. Anyone walking through the lobby today would see the peculiar sight of a small pink pony dressed in a green costume, with a small (and slightly dopey looking) baby alligator stood by her side.]

See, Gummy? The lobby is a super fun place for alligators to alligate!

[Harry is not surprised she can talk. The unicorn could so why not the pony?]

Ermh... hello. [Harry waves back and feels a bit sheepish. He got some manners after all.] Is that an... alligator? Is it your... pet? [He checks so that he got his gun with him in case the alligator would get violent.]

Yep! He's been my pet for years and years, he's the best friend a pony could ever have!

[Gummy just... blinks. Vacantly. Very vacantly.]

He doesn't bite, does he? [Stares at the alligator.]

You don't happen to be from the same place as that white unicorn with the purple mane? [It would surprise him if she wasn't to be honest.] Oh yeah, name's Harry Flynn.

He bites all the time!

[And to demonstrate, Gummy latches onto Flynn's leg. But he has no teeth... at all.]

That's Rarity, she's one of my best friends in all the world.

[Harry gets startled as the alligator latches out. He draws his gun and points at the alligator but wait... no pain. Harry stares at the reptile for a moment before he gently pulls it off his leg and looks at it. He then puts his gun back into his holster.]

Huh... no teeth. [He then gives Gummy back to it's master.] Sorry if I spooked you, you can't be too careful. [He gives Pinkie a reassuring smile.]

OK. So what's your name?

[Gummy flops across Pinkie's head, seemingly uncaring of anything going on.]

It's okay, he really likes you! I'm Pinkie Pie.

Nice to meet you too, what's your name? Is it Errol? Or Chocolate Thunder? Or...

I have told you that already. [Harry grins. She seems to be quite a hyperactive pony.] In case you forgot, it's Harry Flynn.

Chocolate Thunder is a cool name, I wish I was called Chocol-- Harry Flynn? That's a super name!

Yeah I think it's a cool name too. [Harry smiles at her.] Pinkie Pi isn't that bad either.

It's like cherry pie and apple pie and lemon pie and kiwi pie and lime pie and hay pie and blueberry pie and--

Pie is the most deliciously scrumptiously stupendously lickariffic thing ever.
