Why? [She laughs.] Because Fred and I made a TIDE Slide.

Brock! It's a water slide that you make with soap, because of science and reduced friction and honestly, you should just come down here.

[even if you're married you are still a very attractive man that Harmony enjoys looking at.]

Of course, silly! It's too dark outside to do it. We're in the ballroom and we'll totally clean it all up too. No ghosts required. Promise.

Make sure to dress appropriately! There's already some girl wandering around in a huge dress. [Harmony is not impressed.]

[samson]

I'm just going to watch. [And maybe make sure nobody cracks their head open.]

[she shrugs] You can still dress appropriately for watching.

And what's that like?

I'm no expert, [she totally thinks she is] but something without a shirt always seems very indoor water-park-ready.

That's a little white trash, but alright. If it's appropriate.

It is not white trash! There's nothing more uncomfortable than wet clothing when you weren't expecting it. [Granted, she's sure wet denim is more uncomfortable, but she's just working with what she hopes won't get her killed!!]

Yay! I haven't seen you in forever, Brock. This'll have double the reason for you to come down.

Yeah, I know. You should come to the cabin sometime; I'm usually out there.

It sounds far away.

Nah, it's just a little southwest of the castle. The town's even further away.

Really? I go to the town every day for work. I have two jobs, so I'm out there all the time.

Yeah, it's just off the road to town in the woods. Taking care of it's pretty much the only job I can handle here.

And the gardens, right? [She... might have noticed you at the job fair.]

Ha, yeah, that too. There's not a lot to do with that in the winter, though.

What if you built a greenhouse? That would stay warm in the winter, right?

[samson]

Oh, hey. That's not a bad idea. [Like he knows how to build greenhouses ... though that's what the library is for, he supposes.]

Really? [She's SO PLEASED to have helped.]

Well, you should really get moving to come down here. We can talk more then!

[How pleased will she be when he asks for help building a greenhouse later in the month? Brock can't do anything by himself.]

[Damn Chell's curiosity. She's never heard of a tide slide. Or a water slide. Or sliding period...Other than the bad kind when the floor is covered in repulsion gel. So it's with a bit of trepidation that she makes her way down to the ballroom and peers in. She's probably not dressed entirely appropriately, but at least she's changed into shorter pants and a t-shirt. And she's barefoot, not wearing her boots for once. She didn't know how it would be for water to get into all those springs. But maaan she feels naked.]
