On that note, it looks like Cassie's gone home again, too.

I was planning on going on about the importance of bringing deodorant when going on extended trips into the wilderness, especially when there's a lot of sweating involved, but I think I'll save that for another day. One closer to the next expedition. I don't think I'm the only one who noticed...

I don't know. I think... maybe they have to do things they don't really want to.

But when I woke up, Nancy checked in on me. She's not bad, I don't think.

Allen got kind of mad at her when she told him so now she's worried Steph will reprimand her. ]

And we just... talk. I don't tell her about expeditions or what's going on at the castle.

Cocoa sounds good. Guess that means I need another to go with it.

I can make some if you have the powder for it. [ She pushes the bag closer for Steph. ] You know, since I've been back, there are times it doesn't feel like I've been gone for so long.

But most of the time it's still a little strange... adjusting to everything again.

[Yessss, muffins. And Steph looks sheepish.] In a shocking twist, I don't really keep much edible stuff in my room. Unless dog food counts.

Not as fuzzy as it was the first week. It helps when I talk to people. Kinda like... jogging my memory!

I hope it's all back to total non-fuzziness soon, then.

Otherwise it might just be you getting old.
