09-Wings [action/dictated;]

[After a few hours, Martel has realized she's one, trapped in the lobby, and two, her wings have appeared and won't retract. So she's stuck with sitting in the lobby on the couch, with her pink mana wings. Obviously this is a loss, and obviously someone is going to walk by and notice. So she'll deal with it as it comes up. But, she's also hungry, and can't even get out of the lobby to the kitchen.]

Ah, could anyone bring me some food? I seem to be on a loss, and I'm stuck in the lobby.

Oh, anything. Don't go through a lot of trouble just for me.

There's not a lot of trouble when you're in a magic castle, but alright~ I'll surprise you.

[Yep and he'll head to the kitchen to put together some...pasta dish or something. But hey time skip later and he's coming into the lobby with a container of food]

...Wow. You weren't kidding about the wings.

No, actually. And thank you again, for bringing me food. I can't leave the lobby at all. I even tried to fly out the high windows. [She got turned around every time.]

[a dry "heh"] Jeez...what's the point if you can't even go anywhere?

[She shakes her head.] Maybe this Castle just wanted people to know I was an angel? I don't know.

You weren't trying to hide it or anything, were you?

[Not that I know anything about that at all]

Well, no. I was, but I wasn't. It's just...not important here, if I'm an angel or not. It doesn't stop me from healing people.

[He can't help but grin a bit at that. Maybe Martel wanted a little to be seen as normal in this place too ]

Don't worry about it. If anyone starts prying too much or making you uncomfortable for being an angel, just tell them it's none of their business!

[She laughs at that.] Well, nobody really has. I think everybody here is used to the strange by now that a woman with wings isn't so strange at all.

Heh, probably. Even saw an angel from another world my first month here. Maybe this place is just full of them and no one mentions it!

I wouldn't doubt that. They seem to have everything else here. I have seen a unicorn. It was a small, purple talking unicorn, but...

Oh yeah. That unicorn...[He seems to be suddenly taking interest in the lobby's lovely architect and fiddling with a lock of his hair idly. He maaay have given that unicorn a very bad impression]

...You've talked to her, haven't you. [What did you do to the nice unicorn, Zelos?]

[a small "heh..."]

Just the once! It was...a misunderstanding.

Zelos, did you tell her about the unicorn at Lake Umancy?

Sorta...?

She asked if I saw a unicorn, and I said I've only seen the horn of one that my friend had.

I tried to clarify, but I think she was done listening.

Oh, it might have helped if you had told her you were from my world... I told her about the unicorn and how it had saved my life by giving me its horn. [And she just seemed to think it was slightly weird.]

Oh...yeah. [That disease thing]

I didn't think of that. [He shrugs] Well, maybe next time she's brave enough to stand in the same room as me.

Or I'll tell her, next time I see her. [She's not quite sure when that's going to be but at least she won't be afraid of Zelos anymore.]

And I just asked the ghosts in the kitchen in the food, really. So it's no big deal.
