...Oh man.  Headache.  Bad headache.

[He winces.]

So, anyone mind me filling me in on how the heck I got back to the castle?  This sure isn't that beach with the creepy statues.

Nope. Flesh and blood. They captured one and brought it back to the castle if you want to see for yourself.

[And guess who's there on her daily visit to check on Danny just in time to see his spectacular re-emergence into the land of the awakened.]

Danny! You're awake!

[Her smile fades as she nears him and holds out a hand to help him up.]

How about we get you off the floor first? You'll probably be more comfortable in bed when I tell you what happened.

They were kind of like a cross between that and a lizard and were a lot bigger.
