Uh, not all of them, no. But I've been here a while and I've seen people in passing.

How would you describe this place?

Unpredictable, kind of crazy but never boring.

Although it does have the occasional quiet moment.

You don't seem overly distressed.

I figured there was no point in getting distressed.

I like to think that I can handle myself.

[ He slips his hands into his pockets. ]

[The book isn't her journal, something much more important.]

It seems far more engrossing than the path ahead of you.

It's got quite a lot of sentimental value. I didn't have it with me here when I arrived. It just showed up outside my room not long after Christmas.

[pacificate]

A mystery Christmas present? [ He eyes the cover. ]

[bonniewitch]

Guess you could call it that. [She holds the book quite close to herself.]

[ Secretive. ]

I won't pry if it makes you uncomfortable.

[bonniewitch]

[ He pauses. ] You seem more familiar than most I've met.
