[If you see an heiress on her way to the city today, it may seem that she's even more cheerful than usual, (if that's even possible.) Today, London Tipton is sporting a small tiara-shaped hair clip, and a blue satiny sash with sparkly silver letters that read 'Yay Me!' in an elegant script. You don't have to get too close to be able to hear her singing somewhat poorly to the tune of London Bridge:
