[Spike is back to cleaning up the library as he dictates into the journal, somewhat cheerfully. The horrors of the nightmares are done, and being back in Ponyville, even if it was only for a short time, has given the baby dragon a new lease of life]

So, that was a pretty weird couple of days, right? I never thought Paradisa would send us to Equestria of all places. I thought it preferred...you know horrible screaming places. Not that I'm complaining, it was really nice to go home again, even if everypony who should have been there was missing.

Guess Paradisa wasn't gonna make it that easy.

[Pause]

So did anypony actually learn anything from the experience? Or are you guys still gonna just complain and miss the whole magic of friendship lesson? ...I'm guessing not. You're lucky Zecora was around to send us back. Hope you thanked her.

[He's a little annoyed HE got sent back, too. But hey, there's plenty of time for going home, and right now, he has people here who need him]

She is. I'm realy lucky to have her here with me.

Ahh, I'm glad to hear that. It doesn't do well for family to be separated, after all.

Nope, I've been without her here before, but never for too long.

That is good to hear. [Being separated from family sucks, Spike, it really does.]

--ah, it looks like we're here. Shall we resume the search, then?

Yep! I'll take the higher shelves, because I can reach them and you uh... [Looks at your giant lion body] Probably can't.

[Oh, before he starts searching, though...]

Does this book have any defining features?

[huffythedragon]

It's big, and brown. And it have a picture of a unicorn's head on the front.

[Oh, hrm. That means he'll just have to take out all the big brown books to see if they have a unicorn head on the cover, doesn't he?

Looks like they'll be preoccupied for a bit.]
