[As the journal opens it picks up the sound of a door shutting. She moves out of the room she'd been and down the hallway, starting an open dialog.]

You know, I never was big into all that zen, in with the good out with the bad crap, but if it would help me right now? I'd get one of those giant goldfish ponds and stare at the water.

[She holds the book in one hand, flexing her free hand at her side.]

I'm up for suggestions to work through this -- [Frustration. Upset. Anger. Take your pick.] -- whatever it is, because hitting something is pretty much my go-to thing and I'm not sure anyone wants to go a few rounds with me right now.


Steve ]

I know it's late and maybe you are dealing with your own shit, but if you want to go a few rounds, I'm probably gonna end up in the gym here in the castle.

[and she heads to the gym. as she puts her jacket on a bench, she goes back to the journal, a bit more calm.]

If you need alcohol because of those things taking it from the bar -- place I'm staying at had three bars in it. I've got plenty of backstock.

[She puts her journal away and centers the bag, moving to start taking out her aggression on the thing.]

[Steve isn't going to answer. He'll just throw on a pair of sweats and head for the gym. He hasn't been in the best mood lately either. He's eager for the chance to let it all out without having to worry about breaking anything. If Faith is feeling anything like he is, he'll definitely find her there.

Of course his gut feeling pays off when Steve finds Faith by the bag. He waves at her.]

Any chance you want to talk about it? [He knows neither of them would be here if they wanted that, but he has to throw it out there. You never know.]

[She puts her hand out to stop the bag from swinging, tucking a stray hair behind her ear.]

Right now? No.

Can't say I'm feeling chatty either just yet. [He's ready for those rounds when you are, Faith.]

Good. [She steps away from the bag and puts her hands up.]

You ready? [Okay, so she doesn't wait for an answer she just steps forward and throws a wild left hook at him.]
