[As the journal opens it picks up the sound of a door shutting. She moves out of the room she'd been and down the hallway, starting an open dialog.]

You know, I never was big into all that zen, in with the good out with the bad crap, but if it would help me right now? I'd get one of those giant goldfish ponds and stare at the water.

[She holds the book in one hand, flexing her free hand at her side.]

I'm up for suggestions to work through this -- [Frustration. Upset. Anger. Take your pick.] -- whatever it is, because hitting something is pretty much my go-to thing and I'm not sure anyone wants to go a few rounds with me right now.

I know it's late and maybe you are dealing with your own shit, but if you want to go a few rounds, I'm probably gonna end up in the gym here in the castle.

[and she heads to the gym. as she puts her jacket on a bench, she goes back to the journal, a bit more calm.]

If you need alcohol because of those things taking it from the bar -- place I'm staying at had three bars in it. I've got plenty of backstock.
