[York writes a page number in the journal.]
I'd like to talk about this, if you're all willing. You think we could meet in the hangar in about an hour?
[/UNSC Filter]
[The rest is dictated to the castle at large.]
Well, it's that time of year again. Time to plan Halloween costumes for some, and time to prepare for potential attacks for others. We've had a few over the years, from demons to vampires to everyone's favorite, the brain-eating undead. So tell me, Paradisa.
Do you know what your zombie plan is?

On the one hand, I haven't noticed any difference at all without the Peace Patrol. On the other hand, we haven't really been in danger, so it's hard to say. [And he'd rather just...stick with the UNSC for now. They have a large enough force to counter most things on their own.]

We'll have to keep an eye on them, see how things fare when the going gets tough. [She trusted her team, and she trusted York and Washington, but she wasn't sure about the rest of Freelancer. Carolina seemed competent enough but sometimes it felt like they stil butted heads.]

Yeah. I like that plan. Observe in action before committing anything. I know you guys are competent when things go to hell. Everyone else? Hard to say.

[She waves her wrench towards the tank and the Falcon.] So what were your missions like?
no subject
Infiltration mostly, of course. Get in, get the objective, get out before the whole place realizes you're there. Works better in theory than in practice.
no subject
Heh, doesn't it always? Where was your focus?
no subject
In Freelancer? Insurrectionists. [Or at least that's what they were told.] And me specifically, you know I was the lockbreaker on the team.
no subject
They must have been lucky to have you.
no subject
Ha! You better believe it. Otherwise they only would have had Wash to break locks, and he's not exactly a pro.
no subject
[She nods.] I helped set up the locks and encryptions on his workshop.
no subject
[And York nods again.] I'm sure he's better now than when we were in the Project together. But it's still my job, you know?

We should have a contest, see who can keep who out of their room the longest.
no subject
[He snorts a bit.] Depends. Do I get to be on the other side having Delta help me adjust it in realtime?

Does your armor have built-in support for AI anyway? I know it's a different model than ours.
