[A sudden "THUD!" is heard over the journals, followed by the sound of rustling. A moment later, a short gasp for breath.
A chubby, freckled albino child, no older than twelve wearing a cyan-colored suit and with hair that looks like it took far too long to style, has just fallen off the bed in a room in Terrere Tower, which he has yet to realize now belongs to him. He managed to flail his way out of the sheets, to discover where he is now, only to look around perplexed, also yet not realizing he's right on top of an open journal.]
What in tarnation...
[The southern boy is certainly confused, to say the least. A moment ago he was walking through the woods to his family's factory, the next he's... here. He's still trying to figure out where "here" is. He does, however, notice after a moment he's lying on top of an open book. As he stands up, he takes the journal and begins flipping through it, catching a number of odd things about it.
First was that every page of the book is full of different handwriting. Second was that his name, "Gideon Gleeful", is embossed on the inside on the front cover, and third, the first page, which is otherwise blank, has the words he just said written down. In his handwriting.
Trying to think what this could mean, Gideon continues to hold the journal and keep it open as he leaves the room and begins wandering through Terrere Tower.]
Now I figure if what I'm sayin here's bein' written down, all this other writin' might be what other folks are sayin' too? Someone might even be readin' what I'm sayin' right now... in that case, guess I better say howdy!
My name is Lil' Gideon, and this sure is a mighty fine place ya got here! Now I ain't heard about a castle-themed hotel with magic books, so somethin' tells me somethin' fishy might be goin' on here. Any a kind soul care ta'help out lil' ol' me?
