042 - Chicken Bone

[It had been a long five months since Edward's been in Paradisa. Having taken time to learn the new layout and get back in touch with some friends, she's now ready to take on her next quest: to meet EVERYONE IN THE CASTLE! There were loooooots of new people, after all. So she's starting at the bottom and working her way up to all of the towers, knocking on each and every door. If there isn't an answer she opens the door and peeks inside with a mischievous grin to see what mysteries may lay within.]

Hello, hello, fellow visitors! Edward wants to meet yooouuuuu!!

See! Ed knew you could do it!

[She laughs, hopping up and down. She does her best to keep Maya's legs steady as she does, though.]

[haha, she laughs and wobbles a bit, but she stays mostly up]

Ooh, ouch, but I'm starting to get a headache! You can let go.

[Edward lets go and cartwheels out of the way]

[and she tries to let herself down gracefully....

and just kind of collapses into a heap] I need to work on being more graceful...

[She giggles]

Uh-huh! Edward lived alone so Edward had a loooooot of time to practice!

'Lived'... so you're not by yourself anymore, right?

[She smiles] Edward lived on the Bebop for a while. Then Edward left and went back home... then Edward came here [she shrugs]

What's a Bebop?

Bebop is a spaaaaaaaace ship!

You live in space!? That's so cool!

Uh-huh! Edward traveled with Bebop for a while. But Edward went back home before Edward came here.

Just to be clear, you're the only Edward that you're talking about, right?

[blink blink. Why do people keep asking her that?]

Yes. Edward is Edward.

Just making sure! You could have a best friend who is also named Edward, then that would have completely changed your story.

Nope nope. Edward is the only Edward Edward knows.

Now that I think about it, I don't think I've met any other Edwards either.
