I need to ask if any of you have had problems since arriving here. This wasn't happening last time I was here but I thought maybe things had changed since then.

[And after reading through several other replies. She can't believe she's actually talking about this.] Some mild muscle relaxers or painkillers should help with any pain, otherwise acting as normal as possible tends to be my choice.

I'm not really supposed to take any medication for that kind of pain.

Some kind of heating pad might help, then.
