[So, Harry's last broadcast really shook Kurt. But it shook him right out of his shell, and he's finally ready to talk to Paradisa.]

I haven't been as social here as I should be. I didn't want to be, because that felt like giving in.

But I'm here, for now. And I have to deal with it.

My name is Kurt Hummel. I'm a 19 year old intern for vogue.com. I was a member of my high school glee club. It was the best time of my life, and in my senior year we won Nationals. I was also the first openly gay student at my high school in Lima, Ohio. I love scarves and cars and hospital dramas. Or any kind of drama, really. My best friends are girls named Rachel Berry and Mercedes Jones, even if I don't talk to Mercedes as much as I used to. I used to hate both of them. I live in New York with Rachel right now. I'm not in college, currently. Patti Lupone is my idol. My father is my hero.

Fashion and music are my life.

I'm not sure what else to say, but if anyone wants to talk, I'd like that.

You make clothes, too? That's impressive. I'm completely hopeless with a needle. I can't even sew a straight line.

Yes. It was for the Bay Mirror in San Francisco. They keep trying to get it syndicated to publish it nationally, though.

Oooh, my! San Francisco!

[kungfuwitch]

Really? I might take you up on that. It's always good to have something to do around here.

[She grins] yes. Except for a year in New York I've lived there all my life.

[righttrack]

I bet. I'd be happy to oblige.

Both great places.

[kungfuwitch]

I don't really have anything I could teach you in return but I'm always available to give advice if you need it.

[she sighs happily] I love them both but my heart will always belong to San Francisco.

[righttrack]

Well, thanks. [HE PROBABLY NEEDS IT.]

Oh yeah? I'd love to visit someday.

[kungfuwitch]

You're welcome.

It's amazing. Even after living other places I always end up going right back home.

[righttrack]

What kind of other places have you lived in? Has it all been in America, or am I lucky enough to be talking to a world-traveler?

[He's very curious, as he's only ever lived in Lima and now New York, himself.]

[kungfuwitch]

Mostly San Fran and New York. Though I did live in Hong Kong for a little while. We've traveled more... though it wasn't for vacations or anything like that.

[righttrack]

Hong Kong? How was that?

And if I may, what was the traveling for, if not vacations. And who is we?

[kungfuwitch]

It was amazing. I did miss home, though. But! I learned how to do origami and enough Cantonese to get by. [she pauses] Not to mention some fantastic new clothes.

Weeeeell you could say it was for work... kind of. It was with my sisters and I, and my brother in law... among a few others. My sisters and I are witches. We're destined to fight the forces of evil and save Innocents. Sometimes that means traveling to different places around the world.

[righttrack]

You have no idea how jealous I am, hearing all of that. I'm happy you got to experience it.

...Oh. Well, okay. [He's already met one witch here so far. He can handle this.] That's a big deal... You're very brave and good to take on such a cause.

[kungfuwitch]

Hey you never know. You might get just as lucky! [She grins]

To be honest we didn't have a choice at first. We only got our powers seven years ago and found out it was our destiny to be the Charmed Ones. I think we've done very well from having no idea what we were doing.

[righttrack]

I do hope so!

Oh. Well, that's quite the inconvenience. Nobody even taught you what to do?

[kungfuwitch]

Not really, no. Our Grams was going to but she died before she could. Though she did have a hand in us awakening our powers we had to figure it out all on our own.

[righttrack]

Ah... I see. I'm sorry about that, on all accounts.

[kungfuwitch]

It's alright, really. It was a rocky start but we've done very well the past seven years if I do say so myself.

As far as Grams? I think being dead improved her social life. She's happier than ever, trust me. [She pauses before laughing] She comes to visit once in a while. It's a witch thing.

[righttrack]

I'm pleased to hear it.

And oh! Well, then. [He laughs right along with her.] Good for her, living it up in the afterlife.

[kungfuwitch]

So. What do you like to do when you're not working?

[righttrack]

Oh, anything musical, mostly! Or just watching tv, sometimes...

[kungfuwitch]

TV, huh? I love it when I have the time. How about movies?
