Aye. A wee general practice and minor injuries unit. Nothing fancy, but it can be another evacuation spot in case things get a bit hot in the castle.

So, what are your specialties, if you don't mind me asking?

I do not mind at all. I am not a doctor, as you are, but a healer. I use herbs, more oft than not, but there is some element of what I would call "Elven grace." You may call it magic, if you will. Many mortals seem to.

As for what I treat, my kind do not take ill, so I am more experienced with injury than illness.

Well, I'm afraid I don't really believe in "magic." Most of it can be explained by medical science...

[A pause.]

That's not to say I don't believe you have healing powers. We've come across races that do, before, but it was genetic, not magical.

And as for illnesses, I'm sure I can help expand your experience.

[Oh, another one of those. She can't help but be a little amused. Magic is obvious to her- and she would think it would be to anyone who had been here for any stretch of time.]

It matters little to me what you believe is the cause of it, so long as you are respectful. [In other words, don't mock her for believing in magic. Or knowing of magic, rather, since it isn't really a batter of belief.]

Of course. [Call it what you want, there's likely a scientific force behind it. Carson's not one to judge, though.]

Diseases and illnesses are quite interesting. Some of the most basic remedies can help save someone's life if used in the right way. I can get a few books together, if it would be easier.
