So. It's December! For all of you newbies, that means it's about the time of year where the castle starts playing matchmaker yet again. Every year so far there's been some kind of enchanted decoration around the castle that forces people to kiss each other. Good luck trying to avoid it, that stuff is everywhere. Literally.

With that in mind, things can get a little complicated in your love life during this trying time. Maybe you'll accidentally kiss someone your best friend likes in front of them! Maybe you'll kiss someone and realize you actually had feelings for them after all. Or maybe you'll kiss your worst enemy and realize it wasn't actually that bad.

So, I'll be putting a little box at my door -- that's room 405, for anyone who didn't know -- for anyone who needs some anonymous advice about what to do about their newfound feelings, the awkwardness that ensues, or whatever. Trust me, I'm sure at least one couple will hook up before Christmas rolls around. It's a little bit sad that it takes enchanted ornaments to get the love flowing, really, but what can you do?

Yeah, well, she has health problems - always has. So after our parents died, the church decided it'd be better for her health if she stayed in an abbey out in the countryside.

If powers do stop working, is there anything I can do to help her? I mean, what is the exsphere stopping from happening, exactly?

Exspheres enhances a person. Strength, endurance, constitution, reflexes, magical ability...stuff like that. Wear one with a keycrest, you can do stuff far beyond your normal capabilities.

Seles's always had a pretty weak constitution, so the exsphere counteracts that so she can manage pretty well.

So she's just low on energy, when that happens?

Low energy and low health. She'll get sick real easy and tends to get respiratory problems...least I think that's what it is with all the coughing...

Hmm ... well, I think I've got something that might help with the low energy, anyways.

Yeah. There's a type of pill that's used for soldiers in my world that would be easy for me to make without any powers or anything. It's supposed to give you enough energy to fight for three days without rest, but if she had a smaller dosage every day, it should keep her energy up.

Seriously? And no side effects? [Like you know, it's actually soylent green or something because THAT'S HAPPENED BEFORE]

Well, obviously if you use the full pill and then you fight nonstop for three days, you're going to be exhausted after it wears off. But using a smaller dosage once a day wouldn't be an issue, since you'd be sleeping normally at night.

If something like that worked, that'd be great! What about the whole getting sick easily, would it help with that?

Well, the point is to replenish your chakra and nourish the body. I'd think it would keep her immune system running better, with that in mind. But I'm not entirely sure, since they're not typically used for illness.

Well, it's worth a shot. Maybe if we find something that does work, she won't have to use that exsphere anymore.
