track 05: all i want for christmas is you (dictated)
[Kurt is leaning over a counter on the kitchen where he's placed two books: A cookbook and his journal. He dictates to the journal as he lazily flips through the cookbook.]
I think I want to make something. Food. Does anyone have any requests? I'll be in the kitchen.
[He's trying not to think about Blaine, really. The kissing hasn't helped with that issue.]
(ooc| Open for planned or unplanned kisses, or just journal talk!)

I can't promise I'll care, but listening is something I can do.
no subject
[But actually... Someone who will listen but not care sounds good. Not that anyone here can be as invested as Rachel is, back home, but the people he's come to know would still hopefully be concerned for him. Crowley... Well, he doesn't see that happening there. He can just let it all go and get out of his head, without people pressuring him one way or the other.]
...Do you want to come down to the kitchen?
no subject
Sure. I'll make my way over now, might take a while, I'm coming from the town.
no subject
Do you live in town?
no subject
It's not as bad as you'd think.
no subject
...Also, not living with the crowd seems like it would suit you.
[Insult or observation? WHO CAN SAY?]

After four years, it was about time, really.
And it's very pleasant. Less castle shenanigans to deal with.

What about losses? Any chance of that much luck?

I've known them to change. Sometimes when a resident dies or gets knocked out for a long period of time. But you can't control that kind of thing.

I'm sorry, did you say die?
no subject
People die here, it's always a possibility. But you generally come back after two weeks.

Usually, it happens, it's only on rare circumstances people don't come back.

[Which might have been a roundabout way of admitting he does believe Crowley.]
no subject
No, it's never happened to me. There's only a very specific way to kill me, and no one's managed it yet.
