Skit 5: Escape plans

[protosshaze]

Oh. Asbel isn't here anymore. Does that mean the castle sneezed him out?

[there is a lack of a daddy figure. What do, castle?]

[she found eggs. That's a start] Look!

[whistles_the_blues]

[He's just found a recipe for them them when he hears her. He looks up from the book and goes to check out what she's found.]

Great job!

[He glances down at the book again.] Okay, says we need six of those, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, heavy whipping cream, a bit of water and the crab...

[He has not idea what any of these things are except for water and crab. Which he was lucky to see once while he was traveling.]

[protosshaze]

Oh, I know where the cheese is! I saw it with the eggs!

[gonna go get some ingredients, ohhhyeah]

[whistles_the_blues]

[Blues is going to go try and help. This leads him to blankly stare around the kitchen because he doesn't really know anything is. He glances at the book again and looks anything else they'll need.]

Tea spoons, a bowl, a whisk and a skillet... I think I can manage that.

[He's gonna go grab that stuff.]

[protosshaze]

[Sophie learned from watching Cheria cook. She knows what all the ingredients look like, and has them all out and ready for cooking. It's the cooking part she's clueless about]

These are all the ingredients.

[whistles_the_blues]

[Well now they can be clueless together.]

[He's just collected everything else they'll need and set it on the table.]

...Okay so where do we go from here?

[protosshaze]

We put them all together and cook them!

[whistles_the_blues]

I-I don't think it's that easy.

[He glances at the book, then back to Sophie.]

At least this says there's more to it than that.

[protosshaze]

Oh, right. The eleth mixer. I don't think we have one in the castle.

[whistles_the_blues]

[Okay now he's glancing around between the book and the things he grabbed, there was no mention of eleth mixer in the book.]

Maybe that's why they aren't like the ones you get at home?

[protosshaze]

Oh, I didn't think of that. But that makes sense.

[whistles_the_blues]

Well, perhaps that's one mystery solved then.

[He glances down at the book, then over to Sophie.]

Okay it's saying we mix the crab with the cheese and season it with salt and pepper... You want to do that while I beat the eggs?

[He took a glance at the eggs. They didn't exactly look like a challenge.]

[protosshaze]

[mix them? She takes the crab in one hand and the cheese in the other, and smooshes it together. That's mixing, right?]

[whistles_the_blues]

[He stares down the eggs. They look a little too small too small to blast. he puts them in the bowl and just kind of presses his big metal hand down against them. They break like, well like eggs.]

[protosshaze]

Wow, this is so messy. Where do I put it?

[whistles_the_blues]

We may need another bowl.

[protosshaze]

Okay!

[she finds another bowl, dropping the smooshed crab and cheese into it. And then shaking out a lot of salt and pepper. What are measurements]

[whistles_the_blues]

I need some of that when you're done.

[Now that the eggs have been defeated he gets the two teaspoons of water and pours it on the defeated eggs. That one was easy, it must be to let them catch their breath before they become omelettes.]

[protosshaze]

[she gives him the salt and pepper. She is a complete mess but she seems very happy about it]

[whistles_the_blues]

[He looks at how much she put in and goes to match it. That just makes sense, right? If anything he's just glad that he's helped her out.]

Okay, looks it's time to cook this.

[He pours the "omelette" mix into the skillet and takes it to the stove.]

What do we do now?

[whistles_the_blues]

Cook them then put the crab in when the eggs are about to "set." What ever that means...

[Full power burner!]

[protosshaze]

I don't know what that means, either.

[whistles_the_blues]

Well maybe just toss it in now, what's the worst that could happen?
