[Elizabeth Tudor]

[ She's already had her shrieking fit off camera, so by now she's become more composed and willing to socialize again. Sort of. She dictates the following with tight-lipped composure; ]
I find it difficult to grasp the notion that none noticed by absence. Truly, I am horrified still at what transgressed, having had to depend on a strange but noble woman for escort, only to return and find none the wiser.
This must cease. This... This mockery of a castle is nothing more than a small child dressing itself up in empty purpose. Any fey who might try such nonsense on me again will rue it. Think you that I am the weaker for not having my lord husband at my side? That is a dangerous mistake to make.
If none other will hold court here, then I will take up that role as Regent, and breathe purpose into the very walls. Any who have or would swear fealty to England, I would have a renewal of your vows. If you do not already know the name Anne Boleyn, you will know it soon, and know it well.
Elizabeth, you are no child, and so I will not treat you as such. You have married a King of England, and if this is true, I will meet him at once.

Morgana
Anne Boleyn
Laws that had innocents killed for simply having magic, or coming in contact in anyway way with someone who has magic. Laws that killed children and mothers, brothers and fathers.
Morgana
But she is loathe to offend a sorceress. Anne struggles to believe she can do any real magic, but Merlin has already scared her a bit on that front. Anything's possible. ]
It is a grievous sin to commit such treason, a crime against God himself, to go against your own lord sovereign. I can tell you plainly that magic would not be any more well received in my time, Lady Morgana. Though we have worked hard to suppress the superstition of the papal church, an appearance of true magic would turn everything on it's head. Fear would rule, for the people are always seeking an enemy to keep in their sights.
However, no matter the crimes of rebels, I cannot condone the slaughter of innocents who have done no harm, especially the women and children. I know of tyranny, and am sorry you have suffered for it. If you believe with all your heart that you did what you did for the good of the people, then I think not of evil, but desperation. It is not a pleasant thing, either, but it is what keeps you human, mournful lady.
Anne Boleyn
I have no love for God, nor will I ever, he did not step in to save those children from the flames or drownings. He did naught but watch as my king murdered so many innocents. All because he did not listen. He was warned what he asked came at a price, he was told time and time again but he did not listen and as a result, he lost what he held most dear.
And because he could handle he own guilt, he blamed magic and took his grief and fury out on it and it's people unjustly.
[ She has many angry feelings on this subject. ]
I did no treason, my lady, all I did was fight for my right to live freely without the fear of being hunted, of persecution and death haunting each shadow.
[ Many many angry feelings. ]
It was. [ In the beginning, but her anger, her hurt, the poison that courses through her still, it twisted things until she could see nothing more than her revenge. She wanted revenge, justice, she wanted the throne of Camelot. ] Desperation... yes, that would be a better word for it.
