Wonderland: Day One

The residents of Paradisa who ventured into the lobby on the 13th would find something new there; a mirror spanning an entire wall. Given recent happenings, who can blame them if they're cautious? Trouble is, this mirror seems to really want to bring people in, because you don't have to get too close before you're through the looking glass.

Once you've gone, you may find that you're not quite yourself.[Notes/Reminders: Type 1 and Type 2 characters will believe they are Wonderland natives. All characters, including those not entering Wonderland, will be able to use their journals; Wonderland "natives" will think it is a communication device exclusive to Wonderland, although communication between Paradisa and Wonderland through the journals is absolutely possible. You may NPC any number of Tulgey Wood creatures, except for the Jabberwocky.]

Well, no. She's not the type to.

That's not very fair at all! How are you supposed to stop doing something if you don't even know how you're doing it?

Nothing fair about the Queen! She's the queen, she doesn't have to be fair.

That doesn't make it right.

What an interesting set of ethics you have! Very curious.

[That catches her off guard, and she glances over as they round a corner.]

Is it?

[personal profile] ftssusstgsetfwe 2013-01-13 05:03 pm (UTC)(link)
Most people here, myself included, are more concerned with what entertains them than with what's fair for others.

I'm sure there's a way to have both.

I'm not so sure... What's entertaining isn't always very fair.

Is it still entertaining if someone else gets hurt in the process?

You have clearly never awoken a dormouse by pouring tea on his nose.

No, I haven't, and I never plan to.

Oh, but you're missing out so terribly!

If you say so. Ah, well, follow me! Castle should be getting closer!

Mn, alright. It's safe to assume you won't be accompanying me inside, correct?

[personal profile] ftssusstgsetfwe 2013-01-16 05:21 pm (UTC)(link)
Actually, it would be unsafe to assume such a thing! I have no intentions of entering that castle.
