Wonderland: Day One

The residents of Paradisa who ventured into the lobby on the 13th would find something new there; a mirror spanning an entire wall. Given recent happenings, who can blame them if they're cautious? Trouble is, this mirror seems to really want to bring people in, because you don't have to get too close before you're through the looking glass.

Once you've gone, you may find that you're not quite yourself.

[Notes/Reminders: Type 1 and Type 2 characters will believe they are Wonderland natives. All characters, including those not entering Wonderland, will be able to use their journals; Wonderland "natives" will think it is a communication device exclusive to Wonderland, although communication between Paradisa and Wonderland through the journals is absolutely possible. You may NPC any number of Tulgey Wood creatures, except for the Jabberwocky.]

[There's a pause while she checks again.]

Yeah, that's it.

[Great.]

How close is the castle?

It's just on the other side of this... huge maze.

[Huge maze.]

At least you can see the end of it.

[His arms are starting to get tired, so he decides to call it a day.]

So much for that. [She can come back down now.]

[She looks at the ground behind her as he lets her down.]

You don't want to try the forest, do you?

Not unless you feel like going hunting. [He's getting more hungry by the second over here.] Castle has to have a kitchen.

I'd prefer a kitchen over hunting any day.

[gottaknockhard]

That settles it.

[And without asking any other questions, he starts off in the direction she had pointed in earlier. Onward and upward.]

[3nterprising]

[That's sudden. So much, in fact, that Faye barely has time to slip her boots back on.]

Hey, wait a minute!

[She puts them on in a hurry and trails after him.]
