67: We have a problem. [Forward dated to after the Wonderland gig.]
[Still in a drowsy state, He hung lazily off of his bed, face pasted in a pool of his own drool as he snored the hours away. That's just how things work. You sleep. You wake up. Though sleeping without a companion was not a thing Wheatley did often. And he certainly didn't remember not doing so earlier.
Rolling off the bed, in a clumsy flail of limbs, the first thing he realized was his hands.
His very muscular hands.
Then it was his biceps.
Holding his hands out in front of him, stupefied, he squinted, calling out to the woman who he thought was in the room with him.]
Uhhhh... love?
[Looking around, it had been only then he realized he was somewhere else. Somewhere that wasn't his house. He's been kidnapped!
No wait.
Slowly, his eyes trail down to the puddle of drool on the floor. Leaning forward slowly, he was surprised to see his face wasn't the one he woke up with.]
Ahhh???
[Shattering sounds!]
AGHGHHHAHHAHHAHAHHHHHHH????
[Crash.]
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH??!!!
[Screaming at the top of his lungs, someone was bound to hear him in his room.]

[Sure, let's go with that.
Hank decides to follow Blues lead and get out of the crossfire as Wheatley lashes out, but he can't help but growl back at him.]
And you! Knock it off! You're in enough trouble as it is!
no subject
Will you stop it? We're trying to help, if you haven't noticed. It's not exactly easy with you making more trouble.
[ She huffs as she nears the two, but she won't get too close, unsure of what the woman currently threatening him was like. It seemed like they had odd powers out of her league, and she wasn't about to get herself in danger recklessly. ]
no subject
So that arm is coming off right now, and then she's going to stomp on his head.]
"Victims of circumstance" don't try to kill people and rip my friend's limbs off!
no subject
[A rather terrible sound sparked as his face cranked too far to one side to be natural. Hank could probably handle more damage as himself, but Wheatley still didn't understand the components of how to keep himself from receiving damage. Don't be fooled, he's still conscious. Being a full cyborg, he couldn't even feel it--
But the shock of being humiliated so badly was quite the damper.
Even in a much stronger body.
He was eerily silent.]
...
...Bl-bloody...

Well, Wheatley, Hank knows how best to et back at you for letting things get this far.]
If you're going to hurt anyone, hurt me. I caused all of this.
[He briefly thinks that maybe - just maybe - he could threaten Blues to get Kara off Wheatley and his real body. Thing is, Hank doesn't knows what he's capable of.
For now, he'll address Wheatley once more.]
I suggest you listen to GLaDOS.
no subject
Let him go. You've already done enough to him. [ she spoke, a little sharply, kneeling next to Wheatley- seeing what that woman had done to him made her rather upset, considering her overprotectiveness over the guy. ]
no subject
Yeah? Because my friend there is missing a leg and an arm. Tell me what the hell is going on or I'll make things really even.
[She scans GLaDOS, too. How many robots could there be in a forest?]
no subject
[He looks at Blue.]
You're not the-- the good guy here!
[And back at Kara-- though it's more impulsive than threatening.]
And-and you know...Yo-you don't know anything!!! You-you just come about... come about here thinking you do and-- and break stuff! Wrecking things up... making yourself seem j-justified, when-- when you're not!
[A little bit too chatty to be Hank, isn't he?
And he clenches the wrist to the arm he does have, narrowing his eye at nothing. When GLaDOS gets close though, his gaze flickers to her, softening... looking a little ashamed.]
Um...
I eh...
I... I messed up.
I-I know I did. Don't even have to say anything...
I-I... I know. I know I did. Paying for it now. Paying for that now.
S-sorry...
[NOT SAYING SORRY TO YOU THOUGH HANK. YOU'RE NOT THE BOSS OF HIM.]

I see you're not as quick on the uptake as this one is.
I am Hank Henshaw.
[Afterwards, he'll glare at Wheatley and grabs a tuff of his blonde hair.]
You're still technically in one piece! Unlike my body, and that fellow there. So stop whining.
no subject
You can't do something like that every time you feel confident. [ she tells him, lowly- only intended for him to hear. A hand hesitantly found its way to rest on the metal side of his face, finding the action extremely awkward. Even if she knew the person inside was truly Wheatley... ] You're going to get killed one day.
[ She was rather upset- it seemed that one little burst of confidence could destroy everything. All of her work. And that was a bit concerning. ]

[He growled at her, but stayed relatively silent. To both Kara and Hank.]
...
[An accusing mutter, but when GLaDOS speaks, he looks away in embarrassment.]
I-I... I don't know how all of this happened, if I'm honest.
[A subdued voice. He's not usually this violent. Things just happened and he spun out of control...]
I uh...
[He looks at blue]
Um... s-sorry mate...
[Something incredibly genuine. He really was sorry. It could be heard in his voice, even if his face just looked like a big ol' scary thing.]

Stubbornness really is a universal trait...
Then are you done here? After all, you're friend looks to be in need of repairs as well.
Ought to get a jump on that.
[Wouldn't want him to rust!
Can he rust?]no subject
Really, she was a strange one. GLaDOS seemed to think that she was the only one who could insult Wheatley... hence her protectiveness over him. ]
... how about you explain it later. [ she told Wheatley, moving her hand to the top of his head, petting back what hair he had. ] You're not helping your case right now.
no subject
I'm not going anywhere until I know what you intend to do with the guy using your "body". If he's going to be running around being destructive, then I'm going to have to make sure he can't do that, even if it means he's living in a hunk of compacted metal for the rest of his time.
no subject
I said I was sorry!! I-I said that!!
[Frustrationnnnn.]
no subject
I'd rather be sure he can't do something like this again. It's one thing to have this happen to me, it's another for it to happen to someone less durable.
no subject
Blues, don't do it. Don't get on the Shit List!]
You've done quite enough already.
I intend to find a way to fix this... or wait for it to end naturally. Should he misbehave, his original form [Hank pats his chest] will have to pay the price.
no subject
[ She sounds a little testy about it. ]
The more you bother him, the more you'll aggravate him anyway.
[ she said simply, trying to keep Wheatley calm by continuing to stroke through his hair. Although it was infinitely odd and just not normal. ]
no subject
Intention is nice and all but anyone can intend something. I need to know what you'll do.
no subject
[He is quiet, retreating a little closer to GLaDOS...]
TALK. TO. ME.
[He's growling. The frustration is overwhelming. Even though he's screaming and clearly unhappy he seems just generally less threatening-- sorry you have to deal with the sight of GLaDOS petting your head, Hank... but it's calming him down tremendously.]
I'm not a bad bloke! I've NEVER hurt anyone here!
Stop making me-- making me out to be the bad guy!!! I'm not incompetent! I can hear you! I can hear what you're saying!! SO STOP. IGNORING ME!! STOP IT! STOP IT! STOP IT!
I'm not going to act up!
I'm not a bad bloke! I'm-- a good guy!!
[His voice cracks.]
