☽ 003 [ First Quarter ] -- Action / Dictated
[ Anyone who might have been lurking in the Library as of late might have discovered Remus sitting under various tables for the past few days, half-buried in mountains of books. Moony has dedicated himself to discovering as much about this castle as he can, though there seems to be one thing puzzling him.
And that is the fact that he can no longer read and sit comfortably, unless he's sitting under a table. (Which would explain his rather odd choice for a study area at the current point in time.)
It doesn't do much to help his current state of health, either. He's drifted off at least once or twice in the past twenty minutes and his appearance is a little more haggard than usual. All pale, slightly clammy skin and mussed hair. Sitting up against a bookshelf certainly doesn't help his aching back, either.
Nevertheless, Moony is determined to get his answers, so he continues to plow through even though his eyes are heavy and his head is pounding. ]
Dictated to all Residents.
I've heard mention of these "losses" in some of the books I've found and I was wondering ... does any of that have to do with the fact that I apparently am unable to find a comfortable chair to sit in while I read?
( Feel free to simply answer his question or stumble upon him in the Library! Either way, this poor bugger is going to need a hand to his room. )

I know of someone who can't read normal books at all.

That ... that would definitely be unfortunate...

Action forever
Whatever are you doing under the table?
Action.
Long story short, I was reading, but I can only read when I'm sitting under a table.
Action
And it seems like you are sleeping more than reading. You should go to your room and sleep, as I am certain the books shall be here tomorrow.
Action.

...Were you planning on sleeping down there?
Action.
He shakes his head, rubbing his forehead gently. ]
Erm ... no, not exactly.
Action
Ah... I suppose this may be a silly question, but... what are you doing under there, then?

Dictated
Really, Moony?
Dictated.
[ He says it with a hint of bemusement in his voice. It is sort of funny, if you really thought about it. Something always has to disrupt his reading, doesn't it? ]
Dictated.
[ A pause. ]
I suppose you'll have to lean on walls when you want to get some studying in.
Dictated.

U-Umm...excuse me, but...wouldn't you be more comfortable sitting in a chair while you read? Or at least if you're gonna nap in here, which is cool too...
[Says the boy who's hanging upside-down with clawed hand-feet and legs which are currently something like 15 feet long.]
Action.
At the sound of Evan's voice, Remus cracked an eye open and then let out a startled yelp when he caught sight of the other boy hanging upside-down before him. He brought his legs up against his chest, fear coursing through him in a matter of seconds, before it dissipated when no immediate threat could be seen.
Still, he gave the other boy a wary and tired smile, still keeping his knees up close to his chest. ]
Oh ... er ... unfortunately, I can't sit in a chair properly while I read.
Action.
Oh, uhh...sorry if I startled you. Is that your loss? Seems like this place can do all sorts of weird stuff to us, can't it?
Action.

He shifts a little and stifles a yawn. ]
You're looking much better, Frodo.
[ He obviously can't say the same for himself, though. ]
no subject
And you are looking worse for wear. What's the matter?
